美國泰科納Ticona|VECTRA|LCP塑料Vectra® LCP 液晶聚合物
Vectra® LCP液晶聚合物是一種高結晶，熱致（熔融取向）熱塑性塑料，因此，在薄壁制件的應用上，它具有異常高的精度、尺寸穩定性，優異的高溫性能和抗化學性。塞拉尼斯工程材料業務有許多已經取得專利的LCP聚合物，這些聚合物為許多行業提供了廣泛的性價比選擇。塞拉尼斯工程材料業務提供玻纖（和/或）礦物增強的標準注塑品級；此外還有滿足可電鍍、潤滑改良、靜電消散、 食品級以及許多其它特殊性能要求的特殊品級。Vectra® LCP在薄壁區域具有良好的剛性，并且它的熱膨脹系數又很低。它可以承受包括無鉛焊接等的表面安裝焊的高溫。這些性能使得Vectra® LCP被廣泛地應用在許多電子器件上，比如插槽、線軸、開關、連接器、芯片支架和傳感器。許多Vectra® 牌號的性能已經超越了陶瓷、熱固性塑料熱固性和其它耐高溫塑料。

塞拉尼斯VECTRA特性:
LCP塑膠原料全稱LIQUID CRYSTAL POLYMER，中文名稱液晶聚合物。它是一種新型的高分子材料，在熔融態時一般呈現液晶性。這類材料具有優異的耐熱
性能和成型加工性能。聚合方法以熔融縮聚為主，全芳香族LCP多輔以固相縮聚以制得高分子量產品。非全芳香族LCP塑膠原料常采用一步或二步熔融聚合制取
產品。近年連續熔融縮聚制取高分子量LCP的技術得到發展。液晶芳香族聚酯在液晶態下由于其大分子鏈是取向的，它有異常規整的纖維狀結構，性能特殊，制
品強度很高，并不亞于金屬和陶瓷。拉伸強度和彎曲模量可超過10年來發展起來的各種熱塑性工程塑料。
